Welcome to Build Fitness Austin (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking sessions, or engaging with our coaching services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any programs or using our site.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Build Fitness Austin provides personal training, small group fitness classes, cycling coaching, and related wellness services. All programs are designed to promote strength, health, mobility, and longevity in a safe, supportive environment.
 

By participating in our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent if under 18) and are physically able to take part in exercise activities.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Before beginning any training or coaching program, you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider to ensure it is safe for you to participate. By engaging in any Build Fitness Austin service, you acknowledge that:
 

  • You are voluntarily participating in physical activity.

  • You assume all risk of injury or harm that may result from participation.

  • Build Fitness Austin and its coaches are not liable for any injury, illness, or medical condition that may occur as a result of training or participation.
     

If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during a session, you agree to stop immediately and inform your trainer.

PAYMENT AND SCHEDULING

Payment for sessions, classes, or programs is required in advance unless otherwise arranged. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid being charged. Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.
 

Package purchases and class passes must be used within the designated timeframe specified at purchase.

REFUNDS

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are only issued at the discretion of Build Fitness Austin in exceptional circumstances.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Build Fitness Austin website, including logos, images, text, videos, and materials, is owned or licensed by Build Fitness Austin. You may not copy, modify, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

PRIVACY

CHANGES TO TERMS

By using our services, you release Build Fitness Austin and its staff from all claims, damages, and liabilities related to your participation.
