EMILY THE ATHLETE
Emily doesn’t just coach athletes, she is one. As a USA Cycling Coach and Race Certified trainer, she brings firsthand experience from years spent on the bike and on the podium. From rugged mountain trails in California and Texas to high-intensity criteriums and cyclocross races, Emily has spent over a decade pushing her limits, refining her technique, and mastering endurance from every angle.
Her results speak for themselves: 3rd place at the 2019 Webberville CX Race, back-to-back 1st place finishes at the 2022 and 2023 Marfa 100K, 3rd place at the 2023 L’Étape San Antonio 100-mile race, and 1st place in her age group at the 2025 Hotter ’n Hell 100. She’s also served as a Texas 4000 Team Ride for Cancer Coach, guiding riders through one of the most physically and mentally demanding charity rides in the country.
With every pedal stroke, Emily embodies the same principles she teaches; discipline, resilience, and an unshakable commitment to growth. She knows what it takes to train smart, recover well, and perform at your peak because she lives it every day.

I believe strength is the foundation of a healthy, fulfilling life at all ages. My mission is to help you move better, feel stronger, and build habits that actually last. Every program is personal; because your body, goals, and journey are uniquely yours.
As a lifelong athlete, longtime yoga practitioner, and competitive cyclist, I know what it takes to train for longevity; not just performance. I also know what it’s like to start fresh, recover from setbacks, and rediscover your edge.
Whether we’re training one-on-one or in a small group, I’m here to help you build the kind of strength that carries you through every stage of life—with progress, purpose, and a little fun along the way.
