Through Build Fitness Austin, I am committed to providing personalized coaching and support to help you achieve your goals and create sustainable habits.
As a lifelong athlete, a 20 year plus practitioner of yoga and a competitive cyclist, I understand the principles of training for a longer, healthier way to live and age gracefully. Any age, any level of fitness is welcomed here. I find great joy in seeing goals come to fruition, while having fun along the way.

Emily’s group classes are designed to give you individualized attention while keeping things dynamic, challenging, and fun. You’ll move smarter, push harder, and stay motivated alongside like-minded people who share your drive to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

DUMBBELL WORKOUT
A fun, fast-paced workout that keeps you moving! Rotate through stations combining strength, cardio and core for a full-body burn. Each circuit is designed to boost endurance, build muscle, and keep your energy high. All fitness levels welcome, go at your own pace.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
Builds strength, power, and cardiovascular endurance with dynamic moves like swings, lateral movements, and core work. We work the body along all planes and directions.
KETTLEBELL
A core-focused class that strengthens and stabilizes from every angle, then transitions into mobility work designed to keep your joints healthy and support full-body recovery.
